About the Author:

Keith Eggener teaches American Art and Architectural History at the University of Missouri-Columbia. He has previously published one book with Princeton Archittectural Press and is currently the Series Editor of the Buildings of the United States Series published by Oxford University Press/Society of Architectural Historians.
