Jie Kang is a Professor in the Department of Health and Exercise Science, College of New Jersey, USA. His primary research interests are in alterations in energy metabolism, substrate utilization, cardiorespiratory function and perceived exertion in response to both acute and chronic exercise in healthy individuals and individuals with diseases.
