About the Author Chip Sullivan is a Professor of Landscape Architecture at the University of California at Berkeley. Earlier, he taught at Harvard University and worked at Sasaki Associates. Mr. Sullivan has had more than twenty exhibits of his own work across the United States, and has published numerous articles. The recipient of a Rome Fellowship at the American Academy of Rome, he holds B.A. and M.A degrees from the University of Florida.
