BOB BAIRD, Ph.D., is an independent investor and geologist who owns his own consulting firm, Environmental Consulting, Inc., in Glen Allen, Virginia. Baird applies his high-level scientific background to technical analysis, with specific emphasis on day trading. And, as a former award-winning college-level instructor, he is well able to convey difficult concepts in a simple and understandable way.

CRAIG McBURNEY is the founder of a Web-based investor education company, TradeMentor.com. McBurney spent the beginning of his day trading career like most people—-losing money. He quickly recognized the need in the marketplace for quality training and was unable to find a true mentoring program.
