Synopsis
Paper doll collectors will delight in dressing two Southern belles in an elegant wardrobe of finely detailed costumes, precisely rendered from genuine period clothing circa 1861. Twelve authentic fashions include a lace-trimmed green taffeta carriage dress, a dressing gown of delicate vanilla silk, an evening dress of magenta terry velvet, a white satin bridal gown accented with alternating rows of chiffon and satin flounces, and other breathtaking outfits. Additional costumed characters include six children in period attire and three men dressed in Confederate Army uniforms and civilian garb. Charming accessories, such as parasols, lace-trimmed hats, gloves, fans, a kite, and more, accompany the antebellum-era women and children.
