Shirley Biagi is Professor in the Department of Communication Studies at California State University, Sacramento. Her bestselling text, MEDIA/IMPACT: AN INTRODUCTION TO MASS MEDIA, is also published in Canadian, Greek, Spanish, and Korean editions.
