About the Author

Dr. Charmaine Saunders is an author and a counselor in Kardinya, Western Australia. She holds a Ph.D. in social psychology and has held a private practice for more than twenty-five years. Her main areas of therapy are stress management, relationships, self-esteem, personal growth, sexuality, well-being, and positive thinking. She is a regular contributor to Family Circle and has a monthly column in Women's Health and Fitness. Saunders is also a psychological consultant to the reality television show Fantasy Island.
