Tooth Decay is similar in organization, beginning with an explanation of what decay is and how it is caused, followed by prevention tips and descriptions of dental procedures. Both books are well written and complete, without being overly technical. The occasional cartoon illustrations are clear and informative, and the frequent close-up color photographs of such things as allergic reactions, spores, gingivitis, and teeth are an added bonus.
