About the Author
Richard Nelson grew up in Colorado, where he attended the University of Colorado Medical School. Nelson, a globetrotting adventurer, has spent many years skydiving, river-rafting, scuba-diving, hang-gliding, piloting airplanes, gliders, and hot air balloons, and cave-diving. He is retired from practice as a medical doctor and lives in Vallejo, California.
