"An excellent guide to self-growth and personal exploration specifically for young adults. It encourages young adults to reflect on their lives and begin to feel a greater sense of efficacy and awareness in their life choices. It integrates theory and research without losing the reader. Overall, I think it is a wonderful book for those needing assistance with reflection and self-awareness."
"Your text takes my students on a sacred journey to self awareness and transformation."
"The authors relate so well to the reader that it is almost like having the Coreys right there with you, talking to you with empathy and concern."
