The Trinity, one God in three Persons, sets apart Christianity from other world religions and philosophies. Yet you may wonder who the Trinity really is, and the relevance of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit to your daily life. "Trusting In The Trinity" shows you how to know and feel the Trinity's extravagant love. Topics include how the Trinity relates to God's nature and human nature, personality and relationships, holiness and worship, miracles and prayer, science and philosophy, psychology and creativity. Praised by professors at Yale, Fuller, Gordon-Conwell, Dubuque, Andover Newton, and Dallas theological seminaries. Theologian Tremper Longman writes: "Dr. Dan and Kate Montgomery integrate their counseling method with a thoroughly biblical Trinitarian theology and the result is insight that can transform our life and our relationships."Dr. Dan is a Theologian-Psychologist and Kate is a Professor of Human Development.

"Building on Jurgen Moltmann's social Trinitarian theology, Dan and Kate Montgomery develop a 'divine psychology' that shows through their Compass Psychotheology Model how every aspect of the human person's relation to self, others, and to God is Trinitarian in nature.
"This creative and readable book is more than just one more integrative essay linking the disciplines of psychology and theology. Rather, it suggests that there is a profound ontological 'map' of the whole human experience seamlessly woven into the person of God as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
"Pastors, churches, and Christian counselors will discover, perhaps for the first time, the therapeutic relevance of the divine Trinity as well as its criterion of an orthodox theology. Compass Psychotheology provides an invaluable tool for the complex and often fractured network of human identity, intimacy, and community that can be healed and empowered when interfaced with the life of the divine Trinity."
--Ray S. Anderson, Senior Professor of Theology & Ministry, Fuller Theological Seminary
