Taiji Art of Relaxation Gravitation and Breathing (TARGB) is a self-cultivating as well as a warm-up exercise for Taijiquan. As a self-cultivating exercise, TARGB can be practiced independently. Doing so provides fundamentals of relaxation, gravitation, balance, and qi soaring, therefore promoting longevity, curing chronic illness, and improving health. As a warm-up exercise, TARGB trains the practitioners to intentionally master the above fundamentals throughout Taiji solo and defense-offense applications.
