Rosaline Lowe is an Esthetician, Founder of Rosaline s Skin Care and Spa and Author of Skinversity - A Guide to Treating All Skin Types. Based on her individualized approach to skin care, Skinversity guides consumers through the minefield of information available and serves as a resource for skin conditions, treatments and products for all skin types.
A professional esthetician for over 20 years, serving clients of all ages and skin types, Rosaline understands the nuances of different skin types. She offers advice and guidance based on firsthand knowledge of the best techniques, treatments and products to bring out the beauty of both Caucasian and ethnic skin types including Asian skin, African American skin and multi-ethnic skins.
Born in Grenada West Indies, Rosaline spent her early years in England before moving to Montreal, Canada, where she received her education and training as an Esthetician at Edith Serei School of Esthetics. After spending several years working at a prestigious spa on Boston s Newbury Street, she realized that the lack of specialized skin care treatment and products for diverse skin types presented an opportunity for her. As a Caribbean woman with a darker skin tone, she is sensitive to the skin problems experienced by people of color, and has made a special effort to identify the best treatments and to develop quality products for every skin type.
In 1985 she opened Rosaline s Skin Care & Spa in Brookline, MA. As she refined her techniques and identified individual ingredients for treating specific issues prevalent in sensitive skin, aging skin and cross-cultural skin types, Rosaline began developing her own line of all natural skin care products which contain only high performance plant and mineral derived ingredients and are free of any animal or petroleum sources. The Skinversity products are specially formulated to improve uneven skin tones and treat skin challenges including hyperpigmentation and rosacea.
She has been featured in local and national media including Allure, Elle, and the Boston Globe, and her spa services have been recognized in Boston Magazine's Best of Boston issue.Review:
Skinversity - A Guide to Treating All Skin Types is an excellent resource for skin care for all skin types and addresses cross-cultural and ethnic differences in skin and skin care recommendations.

Rosaline Lowe has written a no-nonsense, practical guide for excellent skin care. Long before people paid serious attention to a daily regimen, Rosaline was working her magic with clients by providing valuable skin care services and treatment. Of real importance was educating us along the way so that all this became part of our daily lives. This has worked for me for 20 years and I am happy to be one of her beneficiaries.
