John Grinnell is principal of Grinnell Leadership in Chapel Hill, NC, and has worked in leadership and organizational development for more than twenty-five years. Beyond Belief is based on his practical experience in the business world and insight from research in the social sciences, which he and his company apply within both large and small businesses, agencies, and other organizations to help them develop real leaders capable of transforming their organizations. John holds a doctorate in cultural studies and is an adjunct faculty member at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
