Synopsis
Mark Mead is 18 years old-again. In his sixth incarnation, Mark serves in the air-based World Army. The military requires absolute dedication, but Mark's priority is reuniting with his soul mate. Three lifetimes after their traumatic separation, Mark hasn't given up on finding her. On a fateful mission to the Surface, Mark is ejected from an Army shuttlecraft and stranded on the desolate terrain. The impoverished but highly evolved Surface Dwellers teach him a dangerous and unorthodox way to find his love. Through this, Mark uncovers the terrifying truth about what tore them apart and he learns that his current life on Tier Six is more connected to his past than he ever imagined.
