From the Publisher:

The opening salvo to an explosive series in which Mick Pierce takes on the threats to the New World Order. Galt’s novels have the scientific rigor of a Michael Crichton, the depth of characterization and intrigue of a John LeCarré, the cultural scope of a James Clavell, and the tension of a John Grisham. Trained in fiction writing at the University of Illinois and San Francisco State University, Galt brings the reader a narrative richness rarely found in popular fiction.

From the Author:

Yugoslavia was a difficult place to live during the breakup and subsequent wars. I was motivated to write this, my first spy thriller, based on the difficult times experienced by diplomats living in Belgrade, the horror of the conflicts in the region, and the strength of spirit among individual Serbs. I also hope convey the spine-tingling war of nerves diplomats face in these situations.
