JOSEPH H. BOYETT, Ph.D. has been a performance and compensation consultant to a number of Fortune 500 companies including IBM, British Petroleum, Merck, EDS, PeopleSoft and BellSouth. Dr. Boyett is the author of sixteen books including Workplace 2000 and The Guru Guide‘. His books have been translated into twelve languages.JIMMIE T.
