This book was designed to help the average person learn that it is not hard to eat healthfully. Knowing what healthy eating is, along with having the tools and correct 'quick' foods make this very easy. For years, people have been asking nutritionist Julie Feldman, "You look so great and make it sound simple, so what do you eat?" so Julie designed this book with some of her favorite quick meals.
This book is great for everyone and everyone; from those interested in weight loss, disease prevention, and general healthy eating, to those on restricted diets for medical or allergy reasons, and even vegetarians.
The information in this book is the equivalent of at least six hours of nutrition consultations. You'll learn way more than you can imagine.
