I am happy to introduce you to my meditation CD that I feel is wonderfully unique to other meditations. This CD is experiential. There are three meditations and each one is different from the other. The first meditation is a contemplative meditation, the 2nd a visual meditation and the 3rd is a breath meditation. I will be your personal guide throughout each meditation. Each time you practice the meditations you can choose another object of focus. In this way, you can practice these meditations for years to come. At the beginning of each meditation is an introduction of that meditation. After several times of listening to the introductions, if time does not allow or you just prefer to skip the introduction, you can go straight to the corresponding track and begin the meditation. From the start you will hear the beautiful sounds of flute and chimes that gently flow into a soothing piano throughout each introduction. You will immediately find yourself floating in an ocean of calm, relaxation, clarity, and peace of mind. Each meditation is accompanied with its own special sound from light percussion, to a crackling fire place or soft rain (What does your imagination tell you it is)?, to an ambient electronic wash. A gong will gently bring you back to your focus and even gently bring you out of each meditation. The flute and chimes will help you exit in a state of mesmerizing bliss.

Teri is recognized as a basic practitioner of NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) by the National Federation of Neurolinguistic Psychology since 1999. Teri's message to others is: Our mind, body and spirit need to be cultivated and positively unified. When we hold stress in one part of ourselves, it automatically affects our other parts. Meditation clears the channels in our mental, emotional, spiritual and physical bodies, returning us to a state of homeostasis. There is a freedom in taking responsibility (the ability to respond) for our lives. I believe in the tried and true saying "what happens to us in our lives is 10%, and how we choose to handle it is 90%." It s a matter of being pro-active rather than re-active. We accomplish this scientifically in Meditation by slowing down our brain wave frequency (speed). A vehicle is used to do this such as a word, phrase, idea, or breath. We then naturally see with clarity. Where we once saw problems we now see solutions. We see the way things are and not the way we want them to be. With this equanimity (composure especially under tension), we are able to make better decisions for ourselves and for the good of all. Our tied-up tension then releases as boundless amounts of positive energy, free for us to use constructively. We begin to move from passive and/or aggressive (which many feel are their only two choices), to being more assertive, the home of the win/win attitude. What we practice and learn in meditation becomes integrated in our being on a cellular level, and brings us to a higher awareness of ourselves and the world around us. Meditation is far from an escape, it is an illumination of reality.
