It became obvious to Dr. Finger that not only do people want to live longer, but also want to feel better, be more energetic and youthful as well as look their very best. This mind-set began Dr. Finger's interest in health, fitness, and anti-aging. He began research for the book, Why Grow Old, in 2003 and became certified by the Cenegenics Education and Research Foundation in Management Medicine in January, 2006.
