Dimitrios Jimmy Adamopoulos is an entrepreneur and chef. He holds a degree in Culinary Arts from the prestigious National Center for Hospitality Studies at Sullivan University. Upon graduating with honors, he interned at the famous Camberley Brown Hotel under an acclaimed chef and worked at the Seelbach Hilton, Kentucky's only AAA Five Diamond Hotel. After returning to his hometown, he worked his way through the kitchen at a private country club outside of Nashville. As a child he grew up in his family's restaurant and spent many summers in Greece learning and perfecting his love for the cuisine.
