About the Author:
Robert Thibodeau (affectionately known as Brother Bob) has led a varied life. Serving for over 12 years in the US Army as both enlisted and officer; owning his own business; served as volunteer fire fighter; successful salesman; as a police officer and now full time ministry. These varied life experiences has allowed him to view life from many different perspectives. In 1992, he gave his life to Jesus and soon thereafter received his call into the ministry. In 1998-1999 he attended and graduated from JSMI Bible Institute and School of World Evangelism located in Crowley, Texas. Brother Bob served as the National Concert Coordinator for Dr. Vernard Johnson Concert Ministries for two years. During this time, he set up, conducted and participated in over 60 meetings all over the United States with Dr. Johnson. Brother Bob also produced the weekly television program for Dr. Vernard Johnson's ministry on the Day Star Television Network. In 2001, Brother Bob established "Freedom Through Faith Ministries" (FTFM) and moved to Baltimore, Maryland. Brother Bob has served in Assistant Pastor Positions for five years as well as two years as a Senior Pastor for a church in Baltimore, Maryland. He was the Director of Hope International (supporting ministry efforts in Haiti) for three years. He has served for four years as the Chaplain for his Police Department Fraternal Order of Police. Brother Bob has produced numerous CD and DVD recordings for Freedom Through Faith Ministries. The Mission of FTFM is "To empower others to impact their world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ." Robert Thibodeau accomplishes this through radio ministry broadcasts on selected stations around the country. He also has a daily and a weekly Live Audio Streaming Broadcast over the Internet on the FTFM website as well as archived messages. FTFM and Brother Bob are now helping to share the Good News of what Jesus has done by extending into international ministry. Brother Bob has also started an Internet Radio Station designed to minister in different languages at various times of day. Through the radio station, people groups located in Pakistan, India, China, Korea, Mexico and Russia, as well as other Arab countries are being ministered to by their own pastors in their own languages, in their own nations on the radio over the Internet.
