Fast forward to the present. What started as a humble booklet of fitness tips for divers, has grown into one of the most complete fitness systems dedicated to the scuba diver. But let's give credit where credit is due. This evolution has been possible thanks to you. The second edition of Kettlebells For A Fit Diver was put together virtually by you. It was your feedback, suggestions, and guidance that made this possible.

The technique videos, video course, mobility drills, warm-ups, and all of the other components of The Kettlebells For A Fit Diver System have also been implemented because of you.

I have made it my mission to remove the nonsense that most folks encounter when they embark on a health and fitness journey. There is a tremendous amount of misinformation in the fitness field making it seem as though achieving health and fitness were ethereal goals, reached only by an extraordinary few. Nothing could be further from the truth!
