Stephanie Atwood, M.A. is a nationally certified endurance running coach through US Track and Field and Road Runners Club of America. She has coached numerous runners to personal bests and championships. Atwood also holds certificates in nutrition and personal training and has written best sellers on both subjects, most recently on utilizing metabolic fat burning techniques to train better and the Big Book of Track Workouts, Run Faster Race Better.
