About the Author
H. Albert Napier is the Professor of Management in the Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University, teaching entrepreneurship, e-business, and information technology courses. Authoring over 60 textbooks, he is the Director of the Center of Management of Information Technology, owns a computer consulting and training company, and serves on the Board of Directors of several companies.
