About the Author
Shelley Sykes is a TV personality and accomplished public speaker. Besides her BSc degree and MBA, she has diplomas in journalism and counselling and is a qualified NLP Practitioner and Reiki Master. Shelley has worked as a United Nations hostess in Greece, speaks five languages, worked in the travel industry and successfully ran her own health spas. Shelley has set up a charitable foundation and is working towards opening up a children's health spa where parents and their children can gain valuable life skills, boost their self-esteem and receive natural therapies, massage and counselling.
