Dr. Rob Weber is Senior Pastor and founder of Grace Community United Methodist Church in Shreveport, Louisiana. Grace Community is a teaching church, with multigenerational ministries that serve over 1200 in worship attendance each week. Rob Weber is in high demand as a speaker for church leadership events throughout the world, including England, Korea, and the USA. He is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, attended college in Jackson, Mississippi at Millsaps College with a degree in Theater and Philosophy, was trained for ministry at the Lliff School of Theology in Denver, CO, and earned a Doctor of Ministry degree from United Theological Seminary in Communication and Leadership.
Rob’s primary focus in his writing and in his congregation is to develop visual communication, effective leadership, and multi-faceted worship. He suggests that these three things are crucial for building a lasting and diverse Christian community in the midst of rapid change. He wrote and presented the video portions of Beginnings: An Introduction to Christian Faith.
