About the Author

John Bilyk has been a career Private Investigator for over 30 years. He has worked around the country and is licensed to practice in 12 States throughout the U.S. and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. As a Director and Board Member, he organized the first Associates Degree program in Florida for Private Investigations through the Institute of Specialized Training and Management (ISTM, later purchased by City College). In 1995, he became a Certified Fraud Examiner and Expert in Insurance Claims Investigations. As a lifelong Private Investigator he is devoted to the private investigations industry, teaching, writing and training. He has trained hundreds of investigators who have made Private Investigations their career.
