Letters of Faith offers an alphabet of prayer. From A to Z, author David Douglas uses Scriptural words ("C is for Comforts," "F is for Forgives," "W is for Warns") to explore ways Jesus calls us to know him. Drawing on the author's memories of a transformative year in West Virginia that began with disbelief in Christ, this slender and engaging book is also a provocative invitation to readers to create their own lexicon of faith and draw closer to God. Ideal for private devotional use as well as church book groups and classes.
