About the Author

William Braden was born yesterday in Seattle, WA. When other children were fantasizing about being fireman, doctors or baseball players, his only dream was to one day grow up and make a living pretending to be a depressed French cat on the internet. Proving that dreams can come true if they are specific and ridiculous enough, millions of people around the globe have been captivated by the ennui and philosophical musings of his creation, the ennui-filled philosophical cat, "Henri, le Chat Noir". Now, in addition to Henri's videos and online presence, his musings are finally available in book form. Aside from filmmaking and writing, Will is a damn good bowler, he always has a pen in his pocket (and will let you borrow it), and he is usually nice to his sister.
