About the Author

Nick Mosca fell asleep thirty-seven times while writing this book-despite his insomnia. That's when he knew he was onto something. During his waking hours, Nick is a mindfulness consultant and educator who has worked with companies and schools nationwide. He holds a master's degree from Harvard University.
