'H' Patten was brought up in Birmingham in a close-knit Jamaican community. A founding member of Dance de L'Afrique, he has performed and choreographed in many leading dance companies in Britain, Africa and the Caribbean. Now a professional storyteller, he brings his stories to life, acting them out in traditional African dress. He lives in London. John Clementson studied at Carlisle College of Art and Wolverhampton Polytechnic before starting his career as a painter. He has received commissions from companies as diverse as Sony, British Airways, Decca, Coca-Cola, London Transport and Citroen.
