In The Way of the Psychic Heart I share the process by which I learned to awaken to my psychic abilities. For many years I've struggled with sharing this side of my life with the world. I grew up in a place where 'being psychic' was believed to be the same as 'being a lunatic' and so I learned to keep my experiences to myself.
That was a long time ago, a different life, and now I'm proud to share what I've learned. Opening to my psychic abilities was the best thing I ever did. I've had an amazing life full of rich, vibrant experiences. I've followed my intuition all the days of my life and feeling connected to the larger spiritual world around me has inspired me to become a kinder person. Without this positive influence in my life who knows what kind of person I'd be today? I grew up in the 'hood, hung out with gangs and saw too much death and violence before I graduated high school, so I suspect that without the soothing balm of spirituality on my heart I could easily have become a hard-hearted fool.
