The death of John Denver, one of Slick's favorite singers, comes while he is vacationing in Florida, and it sends him into a deep well of depression . After all of his scandals, his approval ratings are 68%, but his time in office is running out. He loves power! He wants a third term.

Boldly, Slick thinks he can elect a huge majority of democrats to congress, who will amend the constitution , so that he can run for a third term. His staff is baffled. Knowing he needs her beauty and talent, Slick sends the CIA to the Russian steppes to force Victoria to quit the photo shoot and return to the USA. After Slick males Victoria an offer she can't refuse, he begins his campaign, which meets a plethora of roadblocks from the leaders of his party. Worst of all - when the news leaks out, the scorps come after Slick with new evidence linking him to foreign money scandals, but the most damaging of all - his sexual rendezvous with fourteen-year-old Lotus Blossom, a Chinese girl who'd been procured for him by his Chinese connection. Victoria spends most of her time putting out the political fires.
