About the Author:

Kaye Thorne is a talent coach, management consultant, and founder of a consulting firm based in the UK with associate partnerships in the US and Australia.  Other books by Kaye Thorne include The Essential Guide to Managing Talent (2007), Coaching for Change (2004), and Blended Learning (2002).  David Mackey spent 19 years with Unysis prior to setting up his own consulting firm.  He's also written Transforming Training (2006) for Kogan Page.
