About the Author

Margaret Parkin is as an internationally accomplished and highly-respected training and development consultant, best-selling author and executive coach. She is the author of three internationally best-selling books on business storytelling and organisational change, all published by Kogan Page.

Margaret Parkin has over twenty years' experience in learning, development and organisational change. She is founder/Director of Success Stories with a developed world class reputation for innovative and transformational training and coaching. She holds a Masters degree in Education and is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).
