This book provides help with the wide variety of personal skills needed to communicate and integrate more effectively into the commercial world in general and office life in particular. 'Communication' is one of the core subject across all GNVQ courses, as well across a wide variety of established BA, HND and Diploma courses. Consequently, a huge variety of people of different backgrounds, ages and abilities will need a book which gives a thorough grounding in a whole raft of necessary skills. The book will be of particular use to those with a more technical background needing supporting communication skills. Co-author, Suzy Siddons is a qualified psychotherapist and experienced trainer, and will be contributing the exercises at the end of each chapter.
