Captain Tony Smallwood is now an aviation training consultant. Previously he was a line and base training captain with British Midland, based at London Heathrow. He is also a UK CAA Instrument and Type Rating Examiner. He has been involved with airline training for the last twenty years, formerly with the Oxford Air Training School.
