Founding editor of LongWeekends magazine and former travel editor at Ohio magazine, she is also a member of the International Food, Wine and Travel Writers Association. A frequent contributor to newspapers and magazines, Carey enjoys writing about professionals in the travel and food industry who convey a passionate commitment to their craft. A former resident of Lakewood, Ohio, Carey currently lives in Chicago.

Ian Adams is an environmental photographer and teacher specializing in natural, rural, historical, and garden photography.
