About the Author
Derek Matthews studied graphic design at the Kingston School of Art (Kingston University) and has enjoyed a varied career as a package designer, graphic designer, and an artist for an animation studio. As a freelance illustrator, he worked on well-known brands like British Airways, The Sunday Times, and Coca-Cola. More recently, Mr. Matthews has been creating wildly popular children's books, including the internationally best-selling Happy Snappy series.
