Review:
This book is a contribution to taking mentoring as a developmental intervention forward, not just in an Organizational and corporate setting, but also in the personal lives of people...provides a good clarity and understanding on various basic issues associated with Mentoring and in its real sense becomes a practitioner's guide. The case studies given in the book on various aspects provide a better clarity and example to what the author wants to put across... the book remains to be an indispensable reading or re-reading for all those stakeholders of mentoring process who would like to develop a culture of learning and development in their Organizations.
