About the Author

Jim Redwine, a resident of Missouri, has collected toys for fifty years. He served as director of the Still Bank Collectors Club of America (SBCCA) from 1988 to 1990. He co-founded and served as the first President of both the National Capitol Penny Bank Club in Washington , D.C., and the Gateway Penny Bank Club in St. Louis, Mo.
