About the Author:

Geoffrey Goldberg works as a bridge engineer in the "City of Bridges", Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He holds degrees in both Architectural History and Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He has worked on documenting and restoring many historic bridges. A collector of bridge postcards, Mr. Goldberg has one of the most comprehensive collections in existence.
