Synopsis

Designed as a "teacher's book," the fourth edition of Torts: Cases, Problems, and Exercises contains thought-provoking problems designed to stimulate interesting classroom discussion. The problems are designed to help students learn doctrine, to illuminate trends in the law, and to ultimately produce better learning.
