About the Author:

Warren has been a high school and college coach for over 20 years and a teacher for more than 30. He has coached girls' and boys' basketball, track, football, golf, and tennis and has been "Teacher of the Year" at both the school and system levels.

Wrenn is Assistant Professor of Marketing at Indiana University, Bloomington. He earned his PhD in marketing from Northwestern University, Bloomington.
