About the Author:

Linus Bourque, senior technical trainer, Americas Tech Lead Team, has been a technical trainer for more than 12 years and has been with VMware for more than 6 years. Linus began his adventures with VMware's Global Support team in Burlington, Ontario. At some point, he decided to venture south and return to his first love, that of teaching. Today, Linus is a senior technical trainer  for VMware PSO Education Americas Tech Lead Team. His certifications include CISSP, VCI, VCAP-DCA, and VCP-DT. He is the lead instructor for both the View Install, Configure, Manage and View Design classes. When not teaching, he explores the world with a cigar in one hand, a pair of pugs on the other, and laughing at life with his fiancee.
