About the Author

Devra Newberger Speregen began writing children’s books when she worked as a magazine and book editor at Scholastic, Inc., and later, Disney Press and Parachute Press. She has published nearly 200 books since then—including fiction, non-fiction, biographies, puzzles and activities, movie and television tie-ins, and board and novelty books.
