About the Author:

Samantha Heller, M.S., R.D., C.D.N., is a registered dietician, exercise physiologist, and health expert who regularly appears on television and radio commenting on a wide array of health issues. She is a favored expert on shows such as Good Morning America, The TODAY Show, and The CBS Early Show.  Samantha hosts her own hit show on SiriusXM's Doctor Radio "The Samantha Heller Health & Nutrition show".  Samantha is the Clinical Nutrition Coordinator at the Center for Cancer Care at Griffin Hospital in Derby, CT.  Her many nutrition, health, wellness, and fitness articles have appeared in such magazines as Health, My Family Doctor, Today's Health & Wellness, and Men's Fitness.  Samantha is a highly sought after speaker, spokesperson, writer and media expert.
