About the Author
Arthur Braverman, a teacher and translator, studied Zen and Japanese in Japan. He is the translator of Mud and Water: A Collection of Talks by the Zen Master Bassui (North Point Press) and Warrior of Zen: The Diamond-Hard Wisdom Mind of Suzuki Shosan (Kodansha)

among the vines and mist
