Glen McCabe is a native of New Zealand and currently a research student at the University of Tsukuba, Japan, studying the sociology of soccer in that country. He has previously studied the Japanese and business subjects at the University of Waikato in Hamilton, the Kansai Gaidai in Osaka, the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, and the Australian National University in Canberra..
Original edition by Todd and Erika Geers. Todd Geers is a graduate in Japanese studies from the University of Maryland and met his wife, Erika, in 1984 in Yokohama, Japan. He conceived the idea for a book on colloquial Japanese when he realized that what he was studying in his textbooks wasnÆt what he heard being spoken around him.
